Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date, unused, in original condition, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
Eligible for Return:
- Unused items in original, undamaged packaging
- Items with all tags and accessories included
- Defective or damaged items (regardless of condition)
- Items that were incorrectly shipped
NOT Eligible for Return:
- Items marked "Final Sale" at time of purchase
- Digital downloads or software licenses
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)
- Intimate apparel, swimwear, and earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Custom, personalized, or engraved items
- Items returned after 30 days without prior authorization
- Items showing signs of use, wear, or tampering
Refunds
Once your return is received at our facility, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: Processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method
- Partial Refunds: May be issued for items returned in less-than-original condition
- Denied Refunds: Items that do not meet our return eligibility criteria will be returned to you at your expense
Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchanges
We replace items free of charge if they are received defective, damaged, or incorrect. To request an exchange, email returns@globalretailcenter.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and your preferred replacement. We will arrange a prepaid return label and ship the replacement at no additional cost.
For size or color exchanges on non-defective items, we recommend returning the original item (per our standard return policy) and placing a new order.
Return Shipping Costs
- Defective / Wrong Item: We provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you
- Change of Mind / Other Reasons: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- International Returns: Customers are responsible for international return shipping costs and any customs fees
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days of our confirmation:
- First, check your bank account or original payment method again
- Contact your credit card company or bank — processing times can vary
